Manage and administers system maintenance contracts Tactical Target Materials (TTM) Division. Assists in developing and refining software for the Target Materials Workstation Systems (TMWS), which is comprised of the Earth Resources Data Analysis System (ERDAS), FrameMaker, and Imagine applications. Responsible for software evaluation of the Department of Defence's prototype Digital Target Material. Oversees division personnel on utilization of commercial imagery sources such as SPOT and LANDSAT.
1992-1996: Supervisor Imagery Systems Support Branch (JAC)
Directed a 16 member all-service team in the overall database management of the imagery exploitation support system and served as operational chief of receive location proving near real time imagery for exploitation and productions. Establishes and insures implementation of maintenance guidelines for accurate update of over 5,000 imagery requirements objectives records and an European imagery intelligence database in excess of 240,000 records.
Re-wrote the branch operating instructions (OI) by creating a Computer Aided Tactical Information System (CATIS) step-by-step tutorial. Responsible for the training and up-keep of all branch training requirements.
1991-1992: IDEX-II Exploitation Manager (JAC)
Supervised 10 imagery analysts and directed all activities of IDEX-II to include imagery allocation, tasking, and report generation. Developed and maintained the computer data-base used to streamline use of archive imagery for comparative coverage. System administrator and database manager for SUN Systems UNIX and VMS/SARP used to disseminate imagery data reports theater commanders.
1990-1991 Supervisor and Database Maintenance Specialist.
Created Imagery Intelligence reports to planners and warfighters in the European theater. Worked on VMS/SARP database and was responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of data files. Responsible for computer security, film archives and all reference materials. Wrote reports on selected critical targets during the Gulf War and produced highly visible intelligence products for the Bomb Damage Assessment team (BDA).
1988-1990 Supervisor Collection Management
Co-ordinates with theater and national intelligence collection tasking agencies to ensure best possible results from SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance aircraft sorties. Plans sensor applications and prepares input for SR-71 Blackbird on board compute which directs Blackbird sensors. Briefs and debrief aircrews; this also entailed giving current intelligence updates to pilots and commanders. Resolves pre-mission and post-mission operational collections problems.
1988-1986 Mission Shift Supervisor
Responsible for the supervision and direction of four workers who perform first phase interpretation, analysis, and reporting, of Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar System (ASARS-1) imagery from the Sr-71 Blackbird. Ensures all newly assigned personnel are properly trained and proficient in exploitation and reporting of intelligence information.
1984-1987 Disc Jockey
Spent three years as a professional Disc Jockey in night clubs located in Omaha, Nebraska and Suffolk county, England. This has given me an extensive knowledge of audio/visual equipment.
