João Francisco was in Liverpool, twice: He was the brazilian vice-consul at Liverpool from 1834 to 1838, when they established a consulate for the harbor and named a consul, who stayed in charge 'til 1846. Again they stopped the service and João Francisco was called back, working there as assistant from jan 1847 to 1850, when the vice-consul traveled in a mission and João was in charge, until dec 1852. At this time he came back to Brazil, where he died 10 years later.
