·    Directed 12 engineers & technicians while developing new UHF radiolocation system.

·    Designed upgrade with 20dB improvement in system gain & elimination of severe in-band interference.

·    Wrote custom software for & designed high-dynamic-range IF amplifiers optimized for multiple modes.
