   Network Media Engineer

·        Researched, evaluated and tested media delivery technologies such as Content Delivery Networks (CDN), broadband services, and media servers.  Chose and implemented Cisco CDN as well as a broadband service for the company, which allowed content to be easily pushed out to customers and increased revenues.

·        Evaluated and tested Learning Management Systems and created AICC course files for Ninth House Network courses.  On-going administration of internal LMS.

·        Administered the LAN (25 users) and managed the computer lab.   Procured and configured servers and networking equipment.

·        Eliminated client technical barriers by troubleshooting issues with the e-Learning product related to LMS, networking equipment and desktop configurations, over the phone and on-site.

·        Designed Web sites for client functions such as demonstrations, diagnostics, and Learning Management System integrations, which allowed for more potential customers to be reached and easily identified technology barriers up front.

·        Designed installers with InstallShield for media and plug-ins that made it easier for customers to deploy the e-Learning product.
