Hired for the
Agricultural Reform Implementation Project to change the method of agricultural
subsidies and improve the livelihood of Turkish farmers. Serve as technical
advisor for procuring goods and services for the project. Also, act as System
Administrator for systems (Acct/Fin DB, E-mail, Internet, Network, Security) housed in the project office space.

Key member of $20 million project, working
with 12 others, to establish IT infrastructure requirements to meet the joint
needs of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the stipulations of
a loan from the World Bank.

Worked with seven vendors to provide the
installation of PCU - LAN -Telephone and UPS cabling, Internet connection, network equipment, PCs, laptops, printers and faxes for a
new office site and for a rented office site.
Projects were $95,000 and $67,000 respectively.

Reduced cost of normal Internet connection
50% by using a wireless connection, and reduced contract payments 16% by using
yearly contracts versus monthly payments.

and a $275,000 budget.
