GBRA is a major water conservation and reclamation district in south central Texas.

·         Assessed damages caused by river flooding and developed plans and schedules for $1.1M in repairs.

 

LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY, Austin and La Grange, Texas,                  1976 - 1997

LCRA is a major electric generating utility and water conservation and reclamation district in central Texas.

·         Managed project to replace major equipment at a coal-fired power station.

·         Managed company-wide projects to inspect and upgrade elevators and cranes and hoists.

·         Determined requirements; developed schedules; obtained construction services; monitored progress; and ensured completion, functionality, and acceptance.
