·         Increased productivity of Global IT Help Desk personnel by using Crystal Reports 8.5 and a SQL Server 2000 database to measure service level agreement compliance and to report incident call trends.  Responsible for gathering customer requirements and developing Crystal Reports.  Wrote Stored Procedures and User Defined Functions in SQL Server 2000 that were called in various Crystal Reports to enhance the reporting capabilities.

·         Responsible for analyzing, designing, programming and implementing applications using a formal system development methodology throughout the full System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). 

·         Increased the accuracy, timeliness and ease of communication of incentive compensation measurements and reporting by the HR Compensation Team to upper management and all employees through leading a team of 3 developers to create the IComp application.  Designed, built and implemented the system using PowerBuilder/PFC 7.0, ASP, and PL/SQL.  Designed the Oracle database using Embarcadero tools (ERStudio, RapidSQL, DBArtisan).

·         Increased the productivity of the Corporate Computer Purchasing Manager by migrating and enhancing the computer asset tracking system from PowerBuilder 6.5 to PowerBuilder 8.0 and Crystal Reports 8.5. 

·         Maintained, enhanced and supported a custom Enterprise Management System using PowerBuilder 6.5, Oracle 8.0.5, PL/SQL Stored Procedures and Embarcadero tools (ERStudio, RapidSQL, DBArtisan).

·         Converted all data from the Oracle HRMS to the JD Edwards OneWorld HRMS as part of the implementation team.  Used PL/SQL Stored Procedures, SQL Server 2000’s DTS and JD Edwards utilities.

·         Wrote SQL Sever 2000 Stored Procedures to interface JD Edwards data to various other systems.

·         Worked with a team of developers to integrate an existing Oracle HR system with a new JD Edwards accounting system using PL/SQL Stored Procedures and T-SQL Stored Procedures. 

·         Modified and developed financial and HR reports in JD Edwards using Object Management Workbench (OMW) and Enterprise Report Writer (ERW).
