·          Support of Sprint Long Distance applications for 15 years with vendor, and customer coordination.

·          Implemented IBM Mainframe Systems

-          Coordinated multiple internal departments and locations during the installation

-          250 programs including CICS, ALC, COBOL, and MVS JCL.

-          50 CICS screens, and a batch system that runs millions of records each day

·          Installed Billing Process Improvements saving Sprint over $1 million dollars a year in processing expenses for their National Accounts Billing system.  The savings included programmer reductions of 25% and improved processing time which saved 24 hours on a 7 day schedule. 

·          Created first E-Commerce  web application at Sprint, which included maintaining a web site for Long Distance Customers to view and pay their monthly bill on the Internet and make personal account changes.
