With so many recruits, things have had to change. Only representatives who sell $125 or more will be listed, and only the top 10 of those who sell over the $125 minimum. As reported in the last newsletter, rewards are handed out only for those who attend the meeting. Rewards will be for the top seller over the previous campaigns. There will also be a reward sent out to the highest selling out-of-district representative. I don't want you to be left out. This will also make getting prizes to you much easier!
The 2nd award level one acheive's with AVON is Honor Society.
How do you get to Honor Society?
Sell $17,900 in a single cycle. An AVON cycle is Campaign 8 to Campaig 7. By the end of C7, you need to have sold $17,900. If you started in C8 (or earlier), it translates to $689 each of the 26 campaigns. That translates to $49 per day in sales. Or, if you have a ticket (order) average of $15, you need to service 46 customers . Any way you figure it, you need at least $17,900 in sales by the end of C7.

Due to the lateness of this newsletter, I will not go into detail (again) about selling fragrance. The one thing I do want to make clear is that this is an EXPANTION of the Breast Cancer line we currently carry. On the BC line, we do not receive award sales or earning. Everything is sold directly at cost with all proceeds going to BC research. The Women of Earth line is a bit different. AVON is making a lump sum donation of $250,000 based upon expected sales from this line. We get full earnings and award sales on these products. This is the first product that AVON has launched globally, meaning that every country in the world that sells Avon is launching the product at the same time. AVON has never done that before. This is also the first product line that AVON has debuted fragrance, makeup, and jewelry, and product line plus in one "brand". If that does not make sense, email me to clarify, it can be hard to explain. LOL! This will sell well if you get it to the customer. DON'T DELAY --- DO IT TODAY!!
Now thru Campaign 20, I am having a recruiting contest.
The representative with the most recruits will win a Skin
Care Kit. (If you have one already, I will simply retain
the training guide, and you will still receive the consult
pad, samples, and full size AIO). Here's what you need to
do to win:
By providing my account number, you complete what is called a "3-way Link." This means you will get which ever recruiting reward you would like to choose, and your recruit becomes part of our elete group. Only those we "select" can be part of this group, and they have to sign up as a rep to be part of it!
When you turn in your name, make sure you notify me via email or phone with the name, address, phone number, email if they have one. This allows me to keep track as well. Your names do not have to be in your home town or your home state, but they do need to be in the continuous United States. And if they are in the Kansas City area, that's even better!
When you choose your recruiting reward, keep in mind the
leadership option. If you do not know what leadership is,
or have questions about the program, talk to me and I will
help you as best I can. I encourage you all to explore
this option of recruiting, especially with the new changes
taking place!

I have decided to revamp my Cheaper By the Dozen Club. And I thought some of you might be interested in what I'm preparing to do. I picked this idea up from the aol loop, and combined it with what I have already been doing.
Originally, with the Cheaper By the Dozen Club, the customer had to buy 11 like items, and the 12th was free. Now, I will be offering all 12 items to be purchased at one time for a substantial discount. The items would be delivered (gift wrapped if requested) each month to the recipient. This is going to be targeted mainly towards the men customers. For example, if their wife is an ANEW customer, for Christmas he could purchase her this gift. Each month, I would provide her with either an ANEW product of her choice, or deliver one of my choice gift wrapped. The cost to the husband = $205.20. That is only $17.10 per month. I got the figure as the average price of all the ANEW products. The only ones more expensive would be the Night Force, Formula C, Retinol for face, and AIO Intensive complex. All other products are under $16.

We discussed leadership. We brainstormed on new ideas. Since only leadership reps showed up, that was the main focus. Those in attendance received skin care consultation pads. The Sept meeting has been held and will be reported in the October issue.
