I went to East Ocean palace, a new Chinese restaurant in Forest Hills.

The Dim Sum don't have a flat price as most of the restaurants in Flushing. I ordered an order of shrimp dumping and was counted as Big Dish $3.25. So I didn't order anymore dim sum as I don't want to be surprised. Lunch Special is $4.95 with soup and free rice; I ordered a Pineapple Beef and two bowls of rice, that is good. But another Japanese noodle is so so, not tasty enough.
