Coaching is the process of helping you design your future. Uncovering and developing your life's purpose, clarifying your values, setting personal goals and overcoming obstacles can be a part of the coaching process. What is discussed, developed, and worked on in the coaching session comes from your agenda.
What would it be like to wake up as excited about life as if you were five years old on Christmas morning? Coaching helps you get back some of that excitement. Imagine a relationship in your life with a person who is more committed to what you want than you are. Someone to celebrate your victories and help you learn from your setbacks.
Using a number of well developed tools, such as the Planning Wheel, Action and Daily Habit Log, and the Wheel of Life Exercise, I help people address specific personal projects, business plans, or general conditions in their personal and professional life.
Coaching is different from therapy because the focus is on your future self versus symptom relief and deep psychological work. Coaching is solution focused, outcome driven, and achievement oriented.
Executive Coaching is the process of enhancing your effectiveness in the workplace. This could mean your time management, organizational, and relational skills and/or leadership skills. By using effective coaching tools as the Performance, and Leadership Wheel, 365 Degree Evaluation, Myers-Briggs we work together to create an exciting, effective work environment.
For your interest, I have included the Wheel of Life Balance Assesement (WLB) to determine a quick picture of where your life is now and what areas you may want to address in the future.
