This boucle jacket is made from fabric I purchased at Hancock's. I used Louise Cutting's pattern, By Popular Demand. The pattern does not call for lining, but I lined it since the fabric is a bit scratchy with the metallic black thread woven into it. |

I added the 3D flower from A Bit of Stitch. It is made out of red organza. The leaves are cotton lame. This is done on water soluble stabilizer, and when the stabilizer is rinsed away, the edges will curl. The flower is held together with an embroidered center, but I added the button over it for a little extra. |
