I made this baby set for my niece's new baby girl.  The coverlet and pillow are done in soft yellow chenille and plaid.  I backed it with an already quilted red checked gingham.
	I had enough of the red checked fabric to make a couple of burp pads.  The baby was born in North Carolina since her dad is a marine.  I wanted everyone to know that her roots are in Texas.  I did the lettering in Embird.  The Texas map is from Austin Sewing Machines.
