This is my is my first try at padded hanger covers and
an eyeglass case. I did the pillowcase because I like satin
pillowcases--easier on the hairdo!! The hanger cover designs are
from Artistic Designs and
come with good directions. I used the eyeglass case instructions
from Sadia Sews taking just a
part of the hanger design. Placing the designs on the pillow- case
required a little straightening of the designs since they curve for the
hangers. It was a great experience, and I like how they all turned
out. Makes a great gift!!
I will tell you that this type of wooden hangers are hard to find. I finally bought some that were already covered and very plain. I removed those covers and made my own. |
