I made this jacket to showcase Elaine Rieck's Pottery designs. The jacket pattern is from Four Corners.

This is another view of the pottery designs going around the back hem.

I purchased the quilted cotton fabric from Hancock's.  It is quite heavy, and I did not line it except the sleeves to make the turn-up cuff.
Here is the detail on the binding.  I made the binding from a cotton print which had the colors similar to those used in the pottery designs.  I like to use a decorative stitch to finish the binding since it is easier to catch both sides this way.
