I have been wanting to use these Road Signs since they were on the HV site but couldn't settle on any way to present them. I saw something similar to this on a RTW shirt and tried it using--you guessed it--the camp shirt pattern on cotton/poly blend off-white fabric.

On the right front, I put No Hand Sewing, Winding Bobbins and Yield to Sewing, along with a race flag from George's site and a Beetle from Buzz Tools. The "racetrack" is made of bias strips of black/white cotton knit finished in a tube and sewn down on top and bottom. I was lucky enough to find the black & white checked buttons at Joanne's.

On the left front are Button Crossing, Stop for Fabric, and Serger Crossing with another flag from George and a Mustang from .... These HV road sign designs are done by appliqueing a solid piece of fabric down first then embroidering on top of that.

On the back I sewed the race track across horizontally to effect a yoke look, then used the race truck from George's again. My thanks to George for digitizing these very cute racing designs.
