Turn the sock inside out so that the pin is on the inside.

Slide the inner hoop down into the sock a little over half way up the hoop.

Fit into outer hoop with the pinned section on the bottom, remove the pin,
pull the top down and pin it out of the way. Slide stabilizer underneath.
Using the directional arrows, check to be sure that the design
can be sewn in the center of the turned cuff without going off the edges.
Adjust so that the top of the design is about 1/4" below the edge
of the folded cuff.
