Don't go by Train, don't go by Bus, Scoot across Europe on a Moped!! No, I didn't do that but I wish I could have.

Imagine whipping around beautiful Prague on a Vespa, or parking your moped outside the Acropolis in Athens, or buzzing by the Pyramids on a monkey bike. One day I will do it.

In south England I saw Stone Henge and can't imagine what those Druids were thinking lifting those huge rocks. I hope they knew to bend with the knees.

Up in the North I saw Hadrian's wall with my Great Uncle Tom. This picture is basically the north east corner of what was the once the Roman Empire. Makes ya think.

This is Charles Bridge in Prague and it's over 600 years old! Beautiful statues all along both sides as well.

The Colosseum floor. Or what was under the Colosseum floor. I loved all this ancient Roman stuff.

Just south of Naples is Positano, the hostel was super deluxe with a veranda that had this view. First time seeing the Mediterranean too.

Greece was next, spent some time in Corfu and then Athens. Saw the Acropolis first thing in the morning. The Dawn of Civilization, eh.

This is Cyprus along the "Green Line". Behind me is the Ghost City of Famagusta which used to be a big resort area but fell on the wrong side of the border when Turkey occupied the North part of Cyprus back in 1974.

I had lots of fun in the cities Larnaka and Paphos. And went on a 2 day boat cruise to Egypt.

Where they took us straight to the oldest things out there. Got to go into one of the Pyramids. We also went to the Museum in Cairo and saw King Tut's burial treasure.

Returned to Cyprus after Eqypt and spent a great week in Paphos where I met some super people. I found this picture of McDonald's on the Paphos website and had to copy it because we ate here a few times and we parked our Mopeds in the same place as the one in the picture.

Here we are on our way out to do some serious Karaoke at the Outback Bar, even though we look like cops on monkey bikes.

Take a look at shots of my relatives in England
