However, there are still some differences - the men's nylon socks need some straight lines or patterns to show that they are not the same as ladies! What a ridiculous restriction! Why must there be some differences between men's and women's?

Yes, exactly, our barrier is not on whether it is pantyhose or nylon socks --> what we need are more open-minded people in the world!

As for your problem, I would suggest - Go straight to the women's department, buy nylon knee-hi! They are in fact cheaper and better in quality.
