Hi, Mike, yes, let's do something.
Subject: Fantastic Site. I love Hose
I too am angry. I am 48, married. I wear hose to work, opaques. I feel its perfectly normal to wear hose. And why can't I wear skirts, or leggings like the women. I hate mens hot, heavy shoews. No style, no comfort. I'm going to work not climbing a mountain.
I wore black opaque hose from work, then changed to a plain dark blue cotton skirt, 19" in length and drove to the hair stylist for my hair cut. NO one said anything, and I acted perfectly normal. I was angry I had to put on pants to go home.
I have worn sheer hose to work. Off course I got a lot of looks, but no comments. I usually keep to myself, but then I never act differently, and just ignore the fact I have them on. I feel great.
I just want to go in with a short kilt.
As for shoes, I hate heavy nasty shoes. So I'm trying to find some "Dexters", called Mules. These look like regular loafers with a tassel accept they are open in the back, like a clog. I will wear these next, if I can find 11 wides.
This summer I will try to wear around the house short skirts as I work in the yard, and if the wife is not home or working. This will get the kids use to the look, and me more comfortable.
Romans always wore this stuff, andin Scotland, Ireland, and turkey, it everyday wear.
In past, Pink was for men, and blue for women. Makeup was for the elite and social men, as were stockings.
I have many ideas for products for men, that would be considered for women, but of course I do want to make some money on them. Then again, "WE", who exist here need to unite and form our own company and products.
This site is great, and I hope its kept up.
I shave my legs and under arms. I love the feel and the body odor is less.
Shirt and tie was an invention in the lae 1800's and early 1900's by those who considered themselves elite and educated. It was a way to show they were special above everyone.
Well I like working for busniss, but business has no right to take a way our freedoms. Since we spend most of our lives at someone else's business, the we deserve to live most of our live in comfort.
I agree with you! Why only the women can have the fun?
Women have many choices in their fashion. Almost 3-quarters of the clothing sections in every department stores are for women. Their clothing can be colorful, many styles, many patterns etc. If they like, they can even go to men's section to buy something!
Why can't men do the same? Why the society thinks that men should not put too much time on beauty?
As for business clothing, yet, I have a little conservation. Though when we do a job we sell our intelligence or our labour force. The fact is that, whether you like or not, a developed company will always have some restrictions to their staff. This is related to discipline and company image.
Even for myself, I will not allow my male staff wearing a skirt to visit a client. This looks a restriction of freedom, but freedom also implies 'do no harm to the others'.
Nice to talk to you!
