I have bought mine in 1998 and have chosen the EE330 type. I work very good! It costs around US$80 that time.

The following is the extract of the instruction of the epilator. I hope that this information can help you to make a decision on your choice of leg shaving method.

Note: Please choose your hair removal method carefully. I will not be responsible for any consequence of your choice to use the epilators.

Extract from the Instruction Booklet of EE330 Model

The Silk-Epil comfort is equipped with a high-precision epilation system designed to ensure more comforatble hair removal. It offers 4 setting combinations to adapt the epilation procedure to your individual needs in removing both normal and fine hair.
All methods of hair removal at the roots can lead to minor skin injuries and in-growing hairs. All micro-injuries caused by plucking hairs may lead to inflammation through the penetration of bacteria into the skin.
Thoroughly cleaning the tweezer head before each use minimizes the risk of infection.
The epilator may not be suitable for: eczema, wounds, inflamed skin reactions such as folliculitis (purulent hair follicles) and varicose veins; around moles; reduced immunity of the skin e.g. diabetes mellitus,during pregnancy, Raynaud's disease; haemophilia or immune deficiency.
For legs only, not advisable to use it on other body areas.
A full charge of 16 hours allows you to use the Silk-epil for approximately 30 minutes without the cord.
Do not expose the appliance to temperature below 0 or above 40 degree C for longer periods. Ideal recharging temperature range is between 15-35 degree C.
Removing hair on your legs is fast and thorough with the Silk-epil comfort. Even very short hairs (as short as 0.5mm in length) will be removed by the tweezers.
