Tell the 'officials'

Tell'em!
Human Right Organisations, Fashion Designers, Pop Stars, Pantyhose manufacturers ...etc.

Definitely it will help if there are some 'officials' helping us! We need to tell them what we need. Tell them it is basic human right! Also, be specific so that they can market / design pantyhoses for us more easily!

When you contact human right organisations, explain to them we are not abnormal and we are not talking about fetish. We are not forcing other people to do the same but are only fight for our rights!

When you contact pop stars, prominent people etc, explain to them the same clearly and ask them to join us!

When you send mails to pantyhose manufacturers, do not need to tell them why you love pantyhose, nor need to express the market potential. What they need are

  • When are you wearing pantyhose? Which style/product do you wear? What color you like?
  • What do you wear when you wear pantyhose? Shorts? Skirt? Jeans? Sport shoes? etc.
  • Where do you wear pantyhose? In what occasions you wear what kind of pantyhose?
  • What product do you like most? How frequently you buy them? How many pairs of each you own?
  • etc.

Here is an example. I have sent them to Leggs, Hanes, Wolford, Rede, Filodoro.

I am a male pantyhose wearer who wear pantyhose everyday. I mainly wear 3 different types in different occasions. I wear them just because pantyhose surely enhances my blood circulation. The massage effect is just great! Also during winter, I always wear pantyhose under my pants.

Black Opaque - I wear them to work everyday. I wear them under my dark trousers, without socks, and black formal shoes. I now have 4 pairs of St.Michael's 60 den Opaque size 3, and 1 pair of Aristoc Shaper. They just look like men's black socks. But if the public accepts men wearing pantyhose, I could have more choices.

I wear sheer pantyhose of all colours at home, with shorts. My legs look very beautiful and elegant which I like. Also, it is good to wear them during exercise at home in cool days. I have many of them in differnt brands.

I also wear light color (like little color, taupe, nude, suntan etc.) when I am out, with jeans, no socks. If someone would really like to closely look at my feet, they will know that I am wearing nylon instead of nothing. Yet, it is not a big deal. That is only a choice of fashion.

It is definitely a big market! And all pantyhose men will appreciate your effort to promote it and definitely will be loyal to your brand!

I appreciate your feedback and would like to know if you have already had any plan. Shall you need more information, pls email me.

Here is some encouraging information from Mark of UK -

Men wearing sheer tights and opaques must be becoming more acceptable. In England we have a company called Kleeneze, similar to Amway. They sell household items. Whilst looking through I noted that they had an advert for men's tights, discreet opening, black 70 den @£5-99 PER PAIR. Surely this must be a sign. Next to the ad was a similar ad for womens' tights and guess what they were the same tights but without the opening. I casually showed the ad to my girlfriend, very anti men in tights, and she begrudging accepted the idea. I did mention that £5-99 for a pair of tights was expensive and that I would stick to the brands I wear. So does this look like the attitude toward men in tight is changing? It looks good. Has anyone else noted companies selling tights specifically for men?
