Act Two: Bon Appetit!

written by Lee Hoiby and Julia Child, this opera is based on Mrs. Childs' television show, "The French Chef" and plays out the making of a chocolate mousse.

Act Three: The Face on the Barroom Floor

by John Mollicone, takes place alternately in modern times and in the Old West, with a mystery that ties both eras together.
