My boss informed me that they already received an instruction that I should be dismissed from Work. 
But they used my computer knowledge as a bait to recover the software crush in the financial system.
Even my boss helped me to flee by telling me the training oportunity in the US, before the security
officials dismiss me from my work when the construction of the general accounting system is over.
We have developed a general accounting software for more than two years and they didn't afford others
to maintain the same softwre except the programmers whch made it. As a matter of fact I was active in the 
development and coordination of the general accounting system errection. They couldn't get the expertise,
the willingness and expense incurred in assigning for other consultants to maintain the software except
the guys which developed the software. They informed the security official that I am the only programmer 
which have the experiance and expertise to maintain the computer system failure so that We need him to 
maintain the computer failure.They couldn't afford to pay for external consultants to work on the project
afresh for the software which they don't have any prior knowledge. 
to work But They wanted only my expertise not me because I learnt that my employer 
alredy promised  the security officials to fire me from my Job as soon as I am finished with the Maintenance. 
Even they didn't pay me for the work I have done it. All this influence is done by the security official 
to threaten me only because of my ethnic identity.

But my boss and some of the the IT management which are pure professionals, not party appointees knew that 
the Flaw and virus attack in the computert system has nothing 
to do with me. Rather they trust in my skill that I have the expertise to maintain and alleviate the faw.
But some undercover security agents agitated management alredy promised  the security officials to fire me 
from my Job as soon as I am finished with the Maintenance.All this influence is done by the security official 
to threaten me only because of my ethnic identity.

Had it been a real sabotage , the Airline would have prosecuted me , the security agents wont wait for 
oportunities to persecute me . The finally the security agents used my association with Eritrean Friends 
and expression of emotion as a pretext for they long waiting interest of threathening and persecuting my Life.
Rather the IT management trusted in  my expertise that I can solve the bug and maintain the software flaw
with time.
I don't know why the IT management succeded in reinstituting me to my Job but I really thank God for my reinstitution
But I think they wanted my skill not me, except for my boss and few IT management. 

The Security agents ordered my employer to fire me but due to the skill and as a bait to solve the computer flaw by 
the software creator and coordinator is more simpler than starting by consultants afresh. We have been in the 
project for more than two years that is why they need my skill and expertise for the project.

Party affiliated managements threatened to fire me from my Job as soon as I am through with the maintenance
so that to let me afflicted in the hands of the security agents


The training institute needs my employers support inorder to proceed the training. But I couldn't 
contact my employer support for it seemed to me to expose myself for the persecution of the Security
men.

Without informing my employer for a recomendation letter I wanted to proceed the trainning with my 
own expense . I presented the initial acceptance letter to the American Embassy and succeded to secure 
the B-1 visa in my own Expense and I paid the subscription fee for the training and supported my accomo
dation by myself. The training institute secures a J-1 visa for those trainers which it sponsors . 
Including the subscription and accomadation fee, But that was not for me, I should have to cover all my
expenses by myself. 


My rivals which are party affiliated tried to convince some of the security echelon that I am responsible 
for the computer failure. So After I came here they issued a charge against me os transmiting intelligence
information to the Oromo Liberation Front which his head office is in Asmara, Eritrea , Working with my
friend Alemu Jote
