There are three baskets, one contains apples, second contains oranges and the third contains both apples and oranges. The baskets are closed and you cannot see their contents. Each basket has a label. The labels are "Apples", "Oranges" and "Apples and Oranges"; but for each basket the label placed on it is wrong.

You are to take out one fruit from any one basket, without looking into it for its contents and then place the correct labels on all the three baskets.
