Debra Helen's Stories of Fiction (or are they?)
  THE MEETING ANTIDOTE
After a long day of meetings, sitting around busy, noisy tables, and working on issues ranging from the sublime to the ridiculous, he felt mentally exhausted and edgy. Stress manifests itself in myriad ways, sometimes as a physical response, such as a migraine or a bad cold, and occasionally as a psychological response, such as a nervous breakdown. He rarely allowed stress to build to damaging levels, as stress could severely inhibit interpersonal relationships and could lead to long-term, self-destructive activities such as heavy drinking or drug use. For him, the solution to stress was simple and exceedingly effective, although many would argue that the solution itself was destructive and addictive. He would vociferously disagree!
The walk back to the room provided a few moments of reflection and anticipation; hurrying would hasten the event, and he certainly felt tempted to hurry, but slow, deliberate steps were appropriate on these occasions. As the elevator chugged methodically to the sixth floor, he reflected on past events, and there had been many indeed, and felt a nervousness in the pit of his stomach, as he did every time. Opening the door to his room, he stepped into the hallway, turned, and locked the door securely, then removed his jacket and turned on the light. Sunlight streamed in through the sliding door that led to the balcony, and he stood for a few moments soaking up the warming rays. The he drew the curtains shut and turned on the desk lamp.
He slipped off his shoes and socks, pulled off his trousers and underpants, and removed his shirt and undershirt. The room had become a little cooler with the curtains closed and the warmth of the clothes gone. Reaching into his small travel case, he removed a pile of new clothes and placed them on the bed. First, he selected a pair of black lace stockings and slowly placed each foot into the cool material, drawing the stockings up his legs and to the tops of his thighs. He then stepped into a matching pair of black lace panties and settled himself comfortably before attaching to the tops of the stockings the garters that dangled from the black lace garter belt that he secured around his waist. Next, he slipped into a very pretty black lace bra, secured the triple clasp behind his back, and filled out the 36C cups with soft and comfortable breast forms. He moved the bra’s shoulder straps a little for balance and looked approvingly in the big double-door mirror across the room. So far, so good. A slip-length black corset lay ready to step in to, and he wriggled his hips as the clingy, stretchy material encased his body and slithered up over the stockings. At this point he stopped for a moment, and closed his eyes briefly as the first tinges of pleasure swept up and down his body. Stress? What stress?
Next from the dwindling pile of clothes, he picked up a knee-length red silk dress, with a high neck and long sleeves, and dropped the skirt over his head, feeling the material float down the length of his body to stop just two inches below the hem of the corset. He secured the three buttons at the back of the dress, arranged the bust area carefully to smooth out the silk, and encircled the waist area with a black leather belt, cinching it quite tightly. Things were coming together very nicely, he opined aloud, as he fluffed the shoulder-length brunette wig and eased it carefully onto his head, covering his own short hair very effectively. He stood up, closed his eyes, and was gone.
Debra Helen opened her eyes and looked approvingly at the feminine outline she saw in the mirror. There still was work to do, but the initial feeling was one of satisfaction and pleasure, particularly with how the silk dress looked on her and wonderful it felt as the material brushed against the stockings and the corset. She twirled around twice and giggled loudly as the silk dress floated back down from the twirl to rest against her knees. She pulled out the small makeup kit from the travel bag and quickly set to work feminizing her face. Eye shadow and pencil provided context for her small, sunken eyes, and foundation transformed her skin to a smoother canvas for cheek highlighting, powder, and, lastly lipstick. She took special care to outline the curve of her lips and used a deep red lipstick to match the dress. She then attached earrings, a necklace, and finger rings, before slipping her feet into a pair of three-inch heels that had a diagonal ankle strap to secure them. A quick application of polish to her fingernails completed the process and, as the nail polish dried quickly on her fingers, she turned towards the full-length mirror and examined the results.
Debra Helen looked at her reflection in the mirror and smiled. She looked and felt very feminine as she took several steps backwards and forwards, twirling several times, and ran her hands across her breasts and down to her hips and thighs. Not bad at all, she said aloud. Hello, Debra Helen! After taking several turns around the room, glancing in the mirror as she turned left then right, she sank into the big armchair near the balcony door and switched on the television. All dressed up and nowhere to go!
