Black Bean Salsa

2 15 oz. can black beans
1 cup corn -- fresh or frozen
1/2 cup fresh cilantro -- chopped
1/4 cup green onion -- chopped
1/4 cup red onion -- chopped
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon ground cumin
salt and pepper
1/2 cup chopped tomato
Drain beans and rinse. Mix all ingredients together except tomato. Chill.
Stir in tomato just before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips.
