Gone To The Web
is a full-service company that specializes in Microsoft® Windows® NT & Windows®
networks. The scope of our services is to provide networking and computing support to
small businesses that currently do not have a full-time IT. staff, and to assist existing
IT staff when needed.
Depending on the size of the system and the needs of
the client, Gone
to the Web provides service in two different forms:
- Telephone support, on-site per incident support,
weekly and monthly-site maintenance contracts. Telephone support is billed in quarter-hour
increments; on-site per-incident support is billed in half-hour increments
- Weekly on-site maintenance and contract staffing
rates are determined by size and scope of the network, and the needs of the client.
A contract is negotiated for the best support
possible.
