Question: How is the extraterrestrial question being studied at the moment?
Answer: There are several different approaches actually. First there is Ufology, which is mainly concerned with statistical analysis of UFO sightings; then Exobiology, which deals with all possible forms of life in the Universe; and Psychophysiology, which studies the relationship of earthly thought and physiology to that of extraterrestrial beings and civilisations. Lastly, certain research programmes are looking into the possibility of communication with other types of beings via language or other kinds of signals.

Question: Would you say it is possible to communicate with extraterrestrial intelligences at this point?
Answer: Man has already made many attempts at intelligible communication with other species on his own planet (monkeys, dolphins, dogs, birds etc.). Communication with other beings in the Universe may prove to be an even more complex matter, as source, structure and vibratory rapport would not be analysed in the same way, but would be a function of the particular sensitivity and level of consciousness. Moreover, this level of consciousness is entirely relative, depending on the vantage point from which it is viewed. For example, a bacteria would have a hard time conceiving the total nature of man in the Universe, whereas man can easily observe and comprehend the overall structure of a bacteria.

Question: What about the level of human consciousness?
Answer: We can look at human thought as spanning a continuum that goes from the infinitely small to the infinitely great. And thus we can distinguish three basic types of consciousness: firstly, the particulate type, capable of creating minuscule civilisations, with an extremely short life-expectancy, existing in a continuum tending towards the infinitely small. Then we have the humanoid-type consciousness, developing civilisations that are within our range of comprehension of average life-expectancy in a continuum accessible to our five senses and tending towards the infinite complexity which characterises our lives. Thirdly, there is the stellar-type consciousness, producing gigantic civilisations with an extremely long life-expectancy, in a macrocosmic continuum tending towards the infinitely great and thus difficult to grasp in its totality by our more limited consciousness.

Question: Well, then what would be the definition and characteristics of what we call on intelligent being?
Answer: Intelligence manifests itself through macro-molecular structures elaborated by the life forces in presence, which here on Earth revolve primarily around the carbon atomic and the electromagnetic forces bonding the different atoms together. From this premise Freeman Dyson of Princeton University has concluded that intelligence depends on the complexity of a structure, whatever its composition. Thus intelligence and life itself would call for relatively stable complex structures, rich in information, capable of reproduction and organised interaction with the environment, and able to evolve and eventually take over all available space.

Question: Is it possible for us to envisage how other totally different kinds of beings might live?
Answer: Enlarging on the definition of intelligence and life, it's quite possible to conceive of living beings created by nuclear reaction, a notion put forward by the astronomer Drake who concocted a possible non-chemical world on neutron stars whose average diameter is 15 km and whose mass of 1 to 3 times that of the sun makes them hyper-dense (a thimble would weigh about a billion tons!), with a temperature of 1 million degrees K and an ultra-fast speed of rotation (e.g. 4C2153 makes one complete turn every 1.5 milliseconds). The intranuclear force of attraction, which is much stronger than the electromagnetic force, creates a kind of hyper-dense neutron liquid. The outer crust would consist of highly stable iron nuclei. As this neutron star cools off, mountain chains form, several millimetres high, and long cracks open up, neutronic liquids pour out and clouds of iron vapour rise up to the stratosphere 15 cm above the surface.

Question: But what kind of being could exist in such an environment?
Answer: Nuclear forces acting on the particles in presence would eventually produce structures elaborate enough to give birth to intelligent beings about the size of a proton (10-13 cm). Capable of moving at a speed of 1000 km/sec, they could cover a distance of 1.7 m (the average height of a man) in 10-21 seconds, roughly equivalent to 1 second of our time. Such a living nucleus made up of 1025 particles, with a life span of a millionth of a billionth of a second (10-15) would have the impression of living 100 years, for during its "life time" it would have had thousands of interactions with other living nuclei of its race. Using the analogy of the Earth which took 2 billion years to go from primitive protoplasmic mass to organised living cells, and time being reduced l021 times, it would take only a thirthieth of a second for nuclear life to appear on the surface of a neutron star. In no time at all its ultra-rapid evolution would produce living beings, measuring a thousandth of a billionth of a cm, capable of perceiving ultraviolet, gamma or X-rays that they would use to send their inter-sidereal messages. Their technological civilisation, similar to ours, would advance very quickly and could self-destruct in a billionth of a second. Thus within our lifetime several million nuclear civilisations could come and go on a neutron star.

Question: What kind of signals might we be able to pick up from these energy systems?
Answer: Any number of microcosmic signals:
- Gamma bursts: In 1963 US Vela satellites detected rushes of gamma and X- rays over a period of several seconds (the equivalent of a thousand million billion megatons of explosives) coming from mysterious celestial objects.
- Background X-rays: In 1962 Giaconni and Rossi detected X- rays entirely filling space and possibly connected to the original Big-Bang.
- Cosmic rays: On august 7, 1912 Victor Hess discovered electrical particles in the Earth's upper atmosphere, coming from the sun and elsewhere.
- Background gamma: Gamma rays from the centre of the Milky Way and from all over the Universe.
- Pulsars: October 1967 Jocelin Bel picked up radio signals from rapidly spinning neutron stars.
- Cosmic massers: In 1954 Charles Townes detected interstellar clouds that amplified certain short wave frequencies with great precision.
- X-Stars: These are rare stars (200 known), often in pairs, that send out X- rays at regular intervals, especially when matter is being exchanged between the two partners.
- Galaxies and constellations: April 1965 the rocket ship "Arrowbee" detects 2 extremely powerful sources of extra-galactic X-rays coming from Messier 87 and Cygnus A.

Question: But what's to say these different cosmic radiations are related to some form of intelligent life?
Answer: It is true that while modern technology can pick up gamma+ X-rays way off in outer space, fine-tuned analysis is not yet able to detect modulation in these carrier waves which would indicate the existence of microcosmic dimensions of Consciousness. In any case we can assume that communication with intelligent life from such a civilisation, extremely advanced in relation to ours, might be something like a bolt of lightning or a stroke of genius enabling the human being and all mankind to progress from a very condensed state of existence to a more energetic state, which is lighter and freer. However communication with such levels of consciousness would require transdimensional operations involving space + time. On the other hand, contact with cosmic presences whose form and civilisation are close to our own should be possible to the extent that technological and spiritual evolutions are compatible. This is why there are scientific studies going on at the moment researching extraterrestrial signals.

Question: What are some of the latest research developments?
Answer: Since 1981 radio-telescopes in Nancy, France and Greenbank, U.S.A. have been listening for extraterrestrial communications. CETI (Communication with E.T. Intelligences), a programme launched by Russians, radio monitored over 600 stars within the space of a few minutes. Paul Horowitz of Harvard set up the station for SETI (search for E.T. intelligence) which includes 65,536 channels of 2,000 Hz each, covering a hundred or so MHz on the frequency scale for listening in to Extraterrestrial communication. However these extra-terrestrials radio signals are disturbed static from electrified particles moving through the galaxies and by water molecules in the atmosphere. For this reason the best reception is between 1,000 and 100,000 MHz.

Question: And have they picked up anything substantial?
Answer: A certain number of observations have been recorded revealing a high degree of radio-electric and magnetic activity in the Universe. These are a few examples of recent discoveries:
1- Radio-isotrope radiation: In 1965 in the state of New-Jersey A. Penzias et W. Wilson pick up a radiation over 7.5cm, enough to fill the entire Universe and in their opinion a leftover from the Big-Bang.
2- Unidentified radio-sources: numerous radio sources, undetectable in the visible universe, exist outside of the Milky Way.
3- Radio-galaxies: In 1946 Cygnus, the first radio-source was discovered by S. Hey. The bigger ones (100,000 light years) send out regular signals. The smaller ones (a few weeks of a light year) have variable intensity in their signals.
4- Quasars: Nuclei of highly active galaxies with unusual radio and stellar radiation tending towards red.
5- Magnetic stars: In 1946 H. Babcock of the Mt Wilson observatory discovered the powerful magnetic field of the faraway star Virginis 78. More or less variable stellar magnetic fields have a periodicity of 25 days.
6- Interstellar magnetic fields: In 1949 Enrico Fermi discovers these magnetic fields which are capable of accelerating particles of cosmic rays.
Nevertheless, radio communication as practised here on Earth with all our conditioned mental habits is not necessarily adapted to the kinds of ET communications which might come from a synthesis of radio waves and telepathy, or reasoning and resonance. Consequently we might pick up the traces of a carrier wave with our instruments, but not necessarily the corresponding modulation which would be telepathic.

Question: What has led you to this viewpoint?
Answer: Certain observations made during contacts between Earthlings and Extra-terrestrials Sounds we heard that were more like whistling than actual words as in the incident which took place in Valensole, France where the contactee discerned something that was part sound, part telepathy being exchanged between 2 small-sized Extra-terrestrials standing beside their vessel. Naturally every galactic race would have its own particular style of communication, depending on such factors as morphology and the stage of biological and technological evolution.

Question: What are we to think of these Extra-terrestrials contacts?
Answer: Many documents and firsthand accounts provide pretty conclusive evidence of the existence of other races who have been in contact with Earth for some time. There is a succint classification according to height physical characteristics and degree of civilisation
- Smaller races (1-4 ft tall) from:
* Reticuli: (4 ft) slender face and body.
* Andromeda: (1ft) very intelligent beings with an energy-form body.
- Medium-sized beings (5-8 ft) from:
* Iarga, (6'8"), very advanced civilisation.
* Lyra, long slender bodies, civilisation 5,000 years ahead of ours.
* Vega, dark skinned, triangular faces; 3,200 years ahead of us.
* Dal, Caucasian morphology; 3,600 years ahead.
* P1eiades, fine skinned, close resemblance to Terrans; 3,000 years ahead.
* Baui, already present on Earth at the time of the Hyperborean civilisation.
* Alpha-Centaurus, tall, blond, endowed with psycho-motive dynamism.
* Procyon, yellow or light green skin, very communal life.
* Orion, quite corpulent race, instructors.
- Midgets, robots, cyclops, giants, and others, from:
* Epsilon-Endoni, rough scaly skin, around 6'8"; advanced 'technology;
200 light years from Earth.
* Androids, half-human, half-robot (seen by Enrique Castello in a spaceship).
* Hyperborean giants, 7 to 8 meters tall, footprints discovered in Polynesia.
* Creatures from Cygnus, dark skinned amphibians.

Question: Have there been contacts prior to our time?
Answer: It would seen that throughout the course of history and prehistory communication has taken place between Terrans and representatives from other, extraterrestrial civilisations. Many written records, drawings and sculptures deal with such contacts, entire works have been devoted to proofs. However, what remains less well-known are the teachings of these visitors from another space and time. We have been able to discern the roles of some of these messengers from other worlds thanks to contacts made in our times and access of Extra terrestrials archives.
These are a few of them:
- Hornuck, being from a planet 1 billion light years away, taught biology, the matriarchy and sculpture in the empire of MU.
- Baal-Ha-Neplilim, showed the white race (Celts, Armoricans, Barconians, Druids, etc.) how to use the menhirs (standing stones) starting from the vernal point, and how to put the different cultures back on their feet after the cataclysm which destroyed the land of MU.
- L'Hug, an instructor from planet Ortog near the constellation of Cygnys (P'Gug in Lamnorian) taught men the purpose and layout of the lines of force in the earth moving along the "Dragon Veins". He had menhirs (standing stones) erected to stabilise these currents, especially in France which has the largest number of dolmens and menhirs in the world (3-4,000) arranged in a spiral whose centre is in the village of Loye. Towns such as Lugdunum (Lyon), Lutece (Paris), Lourdes, Loudin, Lons le Saunier, Lugan, Luc en Diois, Lausanne, Lussac, Lyons la Foret, Lugasson, Lugay le Male, Luxeil are all part of the telluric spiral of L'Hug.
- Baale Ha Sud, taught of prehistoric times. Traces of his teaching are discernible in the Kabbala to those who have the key.
- Empilim, Hyperborean instructor from Polaris.
- Questzacoatl, taught the Aztecs, the Toltecs, the Incas and North American peoples 150,000 years ago.
- Barts, from the 3rd planet of Arcturus was a giant cyclops, 10-15 feet tall, and a technician, who brought the first rudiments of iron casting forging and metallurgy, among other things working with aurichalcite.
- Bearetz, another giant cyclops who demonstrated how to capture solar and earth energy.
- Auza and Ausael, prepared people for the arrival of Brahm' (Abraham).
- Ghza and Ghzal, from the planet Ortog, instructed the African peoples; tribes there today still speak of the them as flying gods with grey wings who taught goodness.
- Brahm', "appeared" in the Middle-East between Ur and Babylon in a space vessel. From there he went to India where he married and had several children who later challenged him. Brahm' was part of a commando stationed on the Moon and his students had taken on the name of Azrael, from where the name Israel, or "son of the Moon".
- Noah was the son of Bat-Enoch and a son of the heavens
- 0siris, son of Geb and Neut, therefore a god who is son of both Earth and Sky.
- Orejona, the long-eared virgin, came to Earth during the tertiary age, created a new race in the area of Lake Titicaca where it evolved then migrated to Easter Island.

Question: All these messengers you mention are pretty much unknown to the average layman. Were there any others most people have heard of who could be considered as having extraterrestrial connections?
Answer:
- Mahelsa, from Hyperborea, known by the name of Moses, son of the Hyperborean Gh'hurt and a Pharaoh's daughter. Mahelsa left in a "vimana" once his mission was completed.
- Elijah, who came from a planet 1 billion light years away.
- Enoch, a prophet come from "afar" to instruct the human race.
- Ezechiel, a prophet come from "afar" to instruct the human race.
- Ram, who came from Thule to instruct the Celts, Gaels, Armoricans, Biscayans and Vighuts.
- Çakya-Muni the Buddha, a wise man born on the banks of the Ganges by artificial insemination, originally from a planet 1 billion light years away. He was the first to speak of the equality of races.
- Jessoua - Jesus. According to the strange account of Professor R. de St Sauveur, the origins of Jesus the Messiah were purportedly the following: a young Israeli girl agreed to being artificially inseminated by extraterrestrial Gabriel. Jesus was red-haired and blue-eyed with an aquiline nose whereas Joseph and Mary were both dark. Once again according to this curious account he was born October 4 in year 0, around 9 o'clock in the evening. A vimana was close by awaiting the birth: the famous star of Bethlehem (70 m wide). The isolated manger had been chosen to avoid curious onlookers. The donkey and the bull were present, but also a small black and white dog brought by the occupants of the vimana watching over the birth. The instructor Jessouah suffered greatly to complete his mission. Having put himself into a state of deep lethargy after his crucifixion, he was taken out of his tomb and carried off in a vimana by Elijah in the year 40 (for Jessouah disappeared at age 40, not 33). He was the first to proclaim "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity", saying that each man is free to act as he chooses, that all men are equal on this planet because we are all brothers.
Bread signified material sustenance, and wine spiritual sustenance. A short time later he reappeared, not risen from the dead but healed, and he recovered before taking off again for Orion, from whence he came.

Question: These are rather unsettling revelations I must say. But tell me, generally speaking, how did they manage to communicate their teachings, what kind of language did they use?
Answer: The different instructors used various methods and languages to convey their information. One of the commonest means of extra-terrestrial communication is of course telepathy. From the times of the ancient prophets up to our modern day clairvoyants, not forgetting Joan of Arc in the Middle Ages, contactees have heard a sort of inner voice revealing information to them or giving them guidance. With actual physical contacts the means of exchange between extra-terrestrials has been observed on occasion as a kind of whistling (as in the Valensole case mentioned earlier). Certain shepherds in the mountains of the Canary Islands communicate among themselves conveying quite elaborate messages through whistling. In other accounts a translator was present, apparently acting on the cerebral faculties, enabling the parties to speak in languages previously unknown to them.

Question: What do you know about extraterrestrial languages?
Answer: Obviously there must be an incalculable number of languages in the Universe when you consider that on Earth alone there are an estimated 2500-3000 languages and spoken dialects. However it seems that language would vary depending on the vibratory level of existence. There are languages belonging to power worlds where words of force set in motion certain vibrations close to condensed material planes. We find such power of sound in the "Kai" of Japanese martial arts, and is the creative act spoken of in the Bible when Adam names the animals in order to bring them to life. Other languages are related by a world of highly elaborate symbols intimately connected to the Cosmic Design. For example Lamnhorian which speaks of the planet TahenNoura which existed before the explosion of the Asteroids. Another galactic tongue Solexmal talks of this same planet calling it Malone. Others give it the name Tyr or Lucifera, but all these names basically refer to a Land of Light for very precise protohistoric reasons. There are also other universal means of communication such as geometrical pentacles and interdimensional numerological code languages.

Question: Is it possible to fit this into the rational framework of today's Earthly science?
Answer: At this point obviously explanations become extremely complex, for the human brain normally registers 2 impulses per second in a chain of thought, whereas galactic beings can register up to several million impulses a second. (Incidentally the new electronic brains in the Star Wars programme should be able to do 10 million operations per second). However extraterrestrial numerology is not the same as on Earth, for each figure is a sort of living entity with an infinity of conscious and energetic correlations, which of course are difficult to reduce to the level of intellectual reasoning characterising modern day terrestrial science.

Question: From what you are saying it would seem almost impossible to have any clear communication with extra-terrestrials ...
Answer: The brain contains over 14 billion neurones and so has a tremendous capacity for synthesising information, which in fact it does all the time, unbeknownst to the waking consciousness. Consequently it is entirely possible for galactic numerological codes to be registered beyond the waking consciousness of the neo-encephalon. Correlations with universal patterns of energy and consciousness may also be perceived, which would explain premonitory dreams or messages, for consciousness has access to a world of principles where timeless correlations are anterior to numerological time ray coding and the spatial architecture which creates specific figures or situations on the form plane. And so through numbers we move progressively from the physical to the metaphysical (meaning beyond the physical).

Question: But where does all this lead us to?
Answer: Well, it brings us to the question of whether there might not be another extraterrestrial dimension quite simply one which would be surrounding the Earth along
with the other planets, stars and galaxies. Taking this notion and to complete the picture of the intelligent beings created by nuclear interaction on our neutron star, and those created b y electromagnets interaction on Earth for example, we should add those who would evolve out of gravitational interaction, as elaborated by Professors Donald Galdsmith of Berkeley and Owen of N.Y.U.

Question: How would that work?
Answer: Galaxies generally include several billion stars. The most organised are the spiral galaxies, but still their organisation is less complex than that of a living cell. Too little time has passed since the beginning of the Universe for gravitational life elaborating a galactic organism, to take shape - 15 billion years is but a drop in the bucket, the galactic unit of time being a million years rather than a second.

Question: So what stage would gravitational life be at now?
Answer: It is simply at the evolutionary level of the Earth a few minutes after its formation. But there's no reason not to think that a few billion years from now stellar structures will be complex enough to give birth to living giants made up of stars and galaxies. Or perhaps the subtle blueprint of such organisms already exists and the Universe is in fact a huge living being, that our microbian human nature can only perceive the minutest part of. Even so, despite our limited technology and relatively slow evolution, a certain amount of macrocosmic activity has already been picked up on Earth and we have recorded all sorts of curious behaviour in the workings of the great stellar organism.

Question: Could you elucidate on that?
Answer: These are a few examples
- Cepheid variable pulsating stars - Oct. 19 1794 John Goodrick of York defined 3 kinds of stars regular, very regular, irregular.
- Novas and Supernovas - discovered Nov. 11, 1572 by Tycho Brahe, shining in broad daylight. They are huge stars at the end of their life term - an explosion gives off light 100 million times as bright as the Sun.
- Erupting stars - give off a blue light followed by an eruption which increases their luminosity 10,000-fold in one day.
- Infra-red stars - Etat Carinae, 1 million times brighter than the sun, sends out 990 of its energy in invisible infra-red rays because of dust cocoons.
- Infra-red galaxies - discovered by Low in 1967, they are extremely dusty, give birth to many stars, and send out infra-red, and X-rays as well as radio waves.
- Super luminous sources - in 1979 Shapiro noted certain radio sources which appeared to be moving faster than the speed of light.

Question: Yes, but how does all this influence human life as such?
Answer: Upon examination of all the various radiations and signals that reach us from outer space, we realise that the human being continuously bathes in a plasma of different kinds of energy. And as the physical body is itself a complex energetic organism made of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen and certain mineral and metal salts, the evolution of microcosmic and macrocosmic systems is constantly interpenetrating with human psychical and organic development. We can therefore conclude that if the structure of a planetary system changes, all creatures related to this system will most likely find their own equilibrium modified.

Question: Can we also conclude that the Earth is influenced by such energetic interactions?
Answer: Well, actually the explosion of atomic bombs has considerably modified the energy-matter equilibrium of the planet. The breakdown of atomic structure, artificially provoked by man has caused matter to dematerialise into energy at a much more accelerated rate than the natural course of atomic breakdown. Because of this there has been an abnormal evolutionarv acceleration in the planet's rhythm of existence. The system of material containment that the Earth's crust represents in relation to stellar type magma at the centre of this Earth has been weakened, and the entire planet including all creatures living there is undergoing a sharp acceleration of its evolution due to the speeded-up passage of a certain level of condensation to a more energetic level. Just as gas molecules have a much greater degree of freedom than the molecules of a solid, the planet-wide de-condensation of matter into energy brings about the onslaught of violent anarchical forces that take over the human psyche, unless people are able to transform their consciousness and introduce new controls on the over pressure of energy. For this reason there has been an increased surveillance of the planet by extra-terrestrials to brake the anarchical acceleration of such abnormal uprisings of energy.

Question: What are the immediate consequences of this situation?
Answer: Given present conditions, there are several different directions the planetary situation could take.
Case n° 1: All-out atomic conflict
Most, or all, of humanity would be destroyed or profoundly uprooted. We can hope that the superpowers will never go so far as to set off this madness, for it would most obviously backfire on them sooner or later.
The more disturbing aspect of the situation today is in the widespread possession of atomic weapons. Terrorist fanatics can already get hold of A-bombs through unscrupulous arms dealers, which could mean outrageous demands and possible apocalyptic chain reactions. Such a catastrophe would obviously involve more than the Earth. It would affect other universe systems we are barely aware of interacting with. Nonetheless, it is entirely possible that, as humanity's actions exceed the limits of its natural bounds of freedom, other presences could intervene, in a progressive or a decisive way as the case required.

Question: What other possibilities do you view for the future of mankind?
Answer: Case n° 2: Arrival of extra-terrestrials
If the uncontrolled and violent actions of human civilisation start to disrupt other civilisations, in the decades to come mankind may have to deal with extraterrestrial intervention forcing the human race into submission with unknown telepathic and subtle means, aimed at totally neutralising all potential be1ligerancy. This is in the best of cases. There might also be extraterrestrial civilisations in favour of the total elimination of the human race.
It is likely that their degree of aggressiveness would depend on the degree of evolution of a particular extraterrestrial race. This leads us to hope that certain controls exist protecting less advanced civilisations from rowdy fearsome space conquerors.

Question: Any other alternatives?
Answer: Case n° 3: Limited, secret arrival of extra-terrestrials
It is quite possible that the various races present on Earth today are in resonance with extraterrestrial races of different origins, evolution and state of mind towards human beings. So if a planetary catastrophe were to occur, galactic races might intervene to possibly save at least part of humanity which would be taken to another space-time zone. Or perhaps this would not be in function of biological races, but of a certain psycho-physiological or spiritual level attained that people would be selected to be transferred to a different temporal field. Applying the laws of relativity to space-time, a voyage of 3 months in hyperspace would be equivalent to an absence of 3,000 years Earth time, which would allow enough time for nature to calm down after the atomic conflicts and authorise the re-entry of a group of humans duly prepared and organised to continue human evolution on Earth using new values.
Perhaps such a possibility would warrant according a little more attention to extraterrestrial dimensions which over the course of time seem to have kept watch over human evolution.

Question: If extra-terrestrials are indeed able to intervene in such a way and they haven't already done so, what kind of programme are they working on at the moment?
Answer: Fourth possibility: Reconciliation of human beings among themselves.
This would require of the human mind that it leave behind the dualistic conflicts, products of an education based on rationality, dialectic and binary science. The reconciliation of mankind can only be achieved by a sustained effort towards the emergence of a unitary spirit connecting the human mind to spiritual conceptualising presences of the Cosmic Design, the human soul to the creative energy of universal figures and the human body to the building forces of material form.
As all these elements have been acting in unitary telepathic syntony from the very beginning, any intervention, even partial , in one of these sectors necessarily affects the others by synergy. Whence the necessity of gradually establishing a unitary science that will lead to a better understanding of interactions between the spiritual, mental, emotional, vital, substantial, sociological, material and universal aspects, the recognition and harmonisation of which remain the only true approach to an inner and outer peace. This pacification is the fundamental condition demanded of Humans by extra-terrestrials during certain contacts aimed at reconnecting present day human civilisation to the broadcast network of the Galactic Confederation centralising civilised planets of the local Universe of which Earth is a part.

Question: But what can be done at the moment to slow down the self-destructive process underway?
Answer: To get out of an infernal system, which is the inferior side, or the inverse, we must rise up towards Paradise which is the superior side, the direct route. And in order to rise up we must become unified. The slowing down of the infernal self-destructive machinery can be accomplished if each person reaffirms his immortal essentiality allowing himself to be defined outside of what is passing, or non-essential. Knowing that the crystal of perfection can be formed in the midst of a saturated solution of imperfection, provided we are in the world without being of the world, it is possible to harmonise the relationships between the material world of creation, the energy plane of the creatures and the spiritual plane of the creator. If an individual is determined to redeem his instinctual beast then his cosmic spirit can approach him.

And soon others pursuing the same goal will join him through a resonance, thus creating a group of human beings whose presence and influence can contribute to the peaceful re-harmonisation of the Earth.
This is what I have been pursuing for many years now with various communities of friends in different countries. For true fraternity knows no boundaries between people or between worlds.

 
ENCOUNTER WITH THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIALS

Many are those, in Polynesia and throughout the world, who feel concerned by "extra-terrestrials" and "UFO's". We have met I.J.P. APPEL GUERY: his experience and research stretched over several years have led him to a number of astonishing conclusions.

T.R. - I.J.P. APPEL GUERY , why an interest in extraterrestrials?

I.A.G - Humanity, through the spatial era, is slowly entering a more cosmic phase of its evolution, and therefore turns its eyes to the stars, taking a growing interest in the possible presence
of other forms of life in the universe. However, as always when faced with an unknown and more or less mysterious phenomenon, the complexity of the facts gives way to quite a few confusions as far as the approach of the extra-terrestrial phenomenon is concerned. That is why it is necessary to establish a distinction between the various types of research conducted on this matter.

T.R. - How is the extra-terrestrial phenomenon presently studied ?

I.A.G - Ufology's main object is to collect and statistically study the UFO observations that have been made for several years now, as well as the features and traces left by the transit of extra-terrestrial presences.
Exobiology is mainly concerned with the study of life in the Universe, its traces in meteors and, possibly signs of extra-terrestrial presence on Earth.
Psychophysiology works at clarifying the relations between physiology and psychology. This research leads to a better understanding of the human system's functioning and of its possibilities of development up to the point where we reach superior levels of consciousness, possibly of the telepathic type, thus allowing contacts with cosmic entities whose consciousness is higher, either due to a more advanced state of evolution, or due to a type of structuration more efficient than that of the human race.
This being defined, we at once free ourselves from the medias'usual "folklore" about little green creatures and UFO worshippers. Many people who have very little knowledge of the matter and speak without rhyme or reason ride this subject to death, without even checking on the present state of research. Undoubtedly, the matter is a very complex one, and sometimes not very reassuring, so
it is obviously easier to ridicule it than to study it seriously and really try to understand its various aspects.

T.R - Who are the people concerned ?

I.A.G - There are many people throughout the world who, through personal experience of contact or simply for truth's sake, have had the courage not to close their eyes on an existing phenomenon.
They have succeeded, thanks to their tenacity and pacience, in starting to clarify the matter, and have caused mankind to progress towards a better understanding of its position in the Cosmos.

T.R - What are the results of such a research ?

I.A.G - Ufologists tell us that there have been 90,000 testimonies of classified observations since 1977 about 18,000 of them concerning landings. Witnesses of UFO apparitions are estimated at 100 millions since 1945.
In 31% of the cases, they are diskshaped, but several other shapes have been seen: circular, cylindrical, ovoid, etc...
The color varies: red, orange, metal, white, green, or changing color...
In 60% of the cases, the objects are silent in flight.
Witnesses come from various backgrounds: technicians are the most numerous (20%), but there are also military men (13%), engineers
(12%), pilots (10%), astronomers (5%), etc.
Many pictures have been taken in all countries. There are even films, clearly showing UFOs in flight.
All this has been shown in many a congress on Ufology and sometimes in newspaper articles ; excellent books have been published: yet it can be said that essential data are very little displayed, in view of the importance of this phenomenon for mankind, and one must enter upon very serious personal research to be somewhat well informed.

T.R - Ufology is quite well known nowadays, but what is Exobiology ?

I.A.G - A second approach to the study of extra-terrestrial phenomena is given by exobiology. This science has proven the presence of life beyond our Earth by certain traces in meteorites or by samples analysed by our space probes. Morever, exobiologist Carl SAGAN has estimated after much skillfull calculations that, given all the parameters necessary for life to exist in our galaxy, one planet out of a million could have water and could shelter some form of life, should atmospheric and temperature conditions allow it. Considering there are more than 100 billion stars with their trail of planets in our galaxy, one can easily imagine the number of different races that can possibly visit our Earth.That is why extra-terrestrials should not be considered all good or all bad. We must simply admit that among the lot, some can be favorable to human evolution , while others can be hostile.

T.R - What can we infer from this ?

I.A.G - Presently, with the satellites and rockets, mankind is slowly reaching the dawn of the cosmic age. We may well have to take full and entire responsibility towards other civilizations who would not necessarily be patient with us., should our attitudes not please them because we are disturbing systems of cosmic balance we do not necessarily know about. Of course, for people who already have formal contacts with Extra-Terrestrials, the presence of life in the universe is no longer a question: they are sure of it.

T.R - What is meant exactly when one says that a person is "contacted" ?

I.A.G - Many people have been contacted. Some remained discreet, either because they were afraid to be help up to ridicule, or because they were submitted to pressures and threats by various organizations. But others talked and have tried to convey what they had been told, by writing, giving lectures or making movies.
Thus, Mr Eugenio SIRAGUSA, Mr G. ADAMSKI, Mr B. MEIER and others less prominent are among the people who have tried to explain their experiences of contact, providing photographic evidence to support their statements. They have gotten in touch with many people, and even with the governments of some contries. They have had to endure violent attacks from their fellowmen, for all pioneers disturb and are persecuted, nothing has changed in thousands of years, neither in philosophy nor in religion, science or arts. Nonetheless, strange things have happened and have given way to many a controversy.

T.R - Do you have examples of contacts to report ?

I.A.G - Consul Alberto PERAGO has reported a secret contact, which is said to have occured in May 24th 1962 between President KENNEDY and Extra-Terrestrials, within the framework of a programme called "operation saras" by the extra-terrestrials themselves.
President CARTER himself, in a NICAP document shown below, has testified to an encounter with a spaceship in 1969. He says: "it was a UFO, no doubt about it. There are tons of official documents on the subject in the secret records of the nation. When I am President, I repeat, I shall release these documents.
The public has a right to know. It is highly probable that another star civilization is trying to come into contact with our world. We cannot close our eyes on a living, if disconcerting, reality !
On December 25th 1969, upon landing on the moon, the astronauts were met by very big spaceships. This explains why James LOWELL's pulse-rate jumped from normal to 120 pulsations per minute, and why his speech was cut off from public transmission, alledgedly for technical reasons.
A few months ago, Doctor Philippe SCHEYDER presented to the press and then to members of Charles HERNU's departmental staff a film taken during the night of December 19th to December 20th 1978 near the eastern shore of Jade Island. According to american experts, the film gives irrefutable evidence of a UFO in motion.
On Thursday June 18th 1981, at the Department of Planification in Moscow, astronaut KOVALYONOK ran for 200 Russian officials a detailed movie describing the contact established 400 km away from Earth between SALYUT6 and an extra-terrestrial sphere 8 meters wide boarded by humanoids with very large eyes.
There are heaps of examples and evidence of the progress of the contact between earthly civilization and extra-terrestrial civilizations.

T.R - How come the public is not better informed of these contacts ?

I.A.G - There is of course a very strong blackout on this kind of information by religious, political and economical authorities.

For instance, the nuclear physicist FRIEDMAN has revealed, among other things, the existence of secret by law punishing with 15,000 dollars and 15 years of imprisonment any U.S pilot giving interviews on UFOs. Intricate reasons can justify this attitude of silence. To be sure, there are already so many problems to be solved on our Earth that some leaders cannot possibly consider
coping with more coming from elsewhere!

To others on the contrary, well planned contacts with representatives of more advanced extra-terrestrials civilizations could prove very useful to mankind in its particularity hard to stabilize passage through the atomic era. Or they could offer advantages to such or such Power. Besides, who can prove that such a contact is not already established with certain government representatives ?

T.R - What has generally been the message received by contacted people ?

I.A.G - At any rate, the message received by most contacted people is that presently it is necessary to solve the lack of balance due to the development of a science without consciousness, that is to say too much power in the hands of humans compared with their level of cosmic responsibility and conciousness.

T.R - And is there, in your opinion, an answer to such a situation ?

I.A.G - It is necessary to palliate the defficiency by achieving, through psychophysiology, the fulfilment and maximum development of perception and understanding potential in each individual. In order to do so, it is essential to bear in mind that a child can reach optimum development only if placed in an environment where emotional and social exchanges are the most numerous and at the
same time adapted to his nature and sensitiveness.

That is why it is advisable to consider pulling people out of their psychomental isolation and stepping from a consumer civilization to a communication civilization. A civilization in which individuals would gather in workshops and research groups, as is generating all over the world,
establisihing a more or less tight communion of essence, sensitivity and inspiration. In so doing, they create a new type of communication that is at the same time reasoning and resonance, meaning a communication that includes, on top of the usual communication between people by means of gesture, language and writing, another way of understanding that takes into account not only the particular sensitivity of an individual, but also and mainly his position and correspondence within the energetic balance of the universal frame.

If several individuals concerned by this mean of perception gather, they create a contact space in which other levels of consciousness, of telepathic rather than dialectic essence, can start to interfere.

T.R - Where can this lead to ?

I.A.G - Little by little, we make our way towards a type of communication that is closer to the future of mankind, and therefore closer to the super-terrestrial dimension of consciousness that are related to more advanced civilizations.

Thus, we end up clearly perceiving that all things are linked and that chance does not exist. It is only the lack of consciousness that keeps man from manking out how causes and effects chain up in
all situations of life.

T.R - Can close encounters of the third type be a reality?

I.A.G - At the time being, a great number of people have, more or less consciously , permanent contacts with sentient entities of extra-terrestrials nature. They occur either as encounters of the
first type, that is to say a simple vision of a UFO or a telepathic message. Or as an encounter of the second type, meaning the sight of space ship landed or in flight, with material evidence left by the UFO. Or as a third type encounter: appearance of more or less dense beings, whose vibratory
environment can be close or similar to ours.

T.R - Can we already have a notion of the extra-terrestrial race that visit the Earth ?

A great amount of documents and contacts enables us to classify in the following way the various types of extraterrestrials that have been seen on Earth:

All these visitors of Earth live either on planets or aboard enormous ship 3,000 to 20,000 meters wide or more that can host up to one million beings. A ship of such type alerted the White House
and Kremlin in 1955. It was 10 km wide 500 km away from Earth and its speed was 30,000 km per hour.

They can also live in ships 50 to 3,000 meters wide containing 20 to 90 people, or in ships 3 to 50 meters wide that serve as reconnaissance crafts.

And last, there is also the encounter of the 4th type, where alien
visitors talk and converse with people from Earth:

Type A: in the open, with clear recollection of the conversation.

Type B: inside a house, with recollection too.

Type C: indoors or outdoors, without any memory left. Remembrance
is only acheived through dreaming or under hypnosis.

T.R - Of what use can all is information be ?

I.A.G - By taking into account all this data, the extra-terrestrial phenomenon will slowly clarify in people's mind. It will break loose from all this more or less superstitious and pseudo-medevial aura caused by sheer ignorance and visceral primitive fear, or by the inaccessible and scornful haughtiness of some rationalists who stand with ludicrous arrogance well below any objectivity and real spirit of research.

T.R - What is your position in this context ?

I.A.G - As, in spite of all the testimonies, some people totally refuse to study with objectivity the UFO matter and can only set forth a provocative and rash opinion, the really contacted people,
those who know by experience the difficult and quite exceptional conditions it takes to create and keep contact with superterrestrial types of consciousness that are technically and sometimes also spiritually eminently advanced, always find it very hard to explain certain things to the layman. That is why, except for the strict necessity of explanation, they definitely do not seek publicity, and they consider that in fact any being sufficiently advanced will very well manage to find his way
telepathically in due time, when the moment is set by higher levels.

T.R - What are your working methods ?

I.A.G - Reasoning and resonance.

T.R - What educational curriculum has brought you to this point ?

I.A.G - Education and diplomas do not necessarily make the value of a person. However, if this should reassure some people, my research has led me to get through some 15 degrees, among which a bachelor of science and a bachelor of arts, along with quite an elaborate study of ancient traditions. But essentially, the most important point remains certain contacts...

T.R - How do you express the results of your research ?

I.A.G - Through lectures, articles, writing, cartoons, shows and even movies.

T.R - How does one become "contacted" ?

I.A.G - For each individual , there are a certain number of crossroads representing his chances in life. If he is smart enough to grab them, another encounter and new enriching horizons will
show up each time.

But if he does no react, he finds himself prisoner of a monotonous cycle all his life. It is obvious that, most often, proofs are paid for by a trial in courage and tenacity.

T.R - What is your outlook on the future ?

I.A.G - The few beings that succeed in being happy on this Earth are those who live in their proper place within the intricate design of the universal forces at work. Those who, with much lucidity, love and luck, have succeeded in finding what is essential to them and in living it, for happiness is living what seems essential to us. So, by broadening the human being's insight and by replacing the events of his life within their true setting of integrated cosmic evolution, we will gain access individually to inner peace and internationally to outer peace.
