after having searched for the truth for a long time,
it must still be experienced.
CHILDHOOD
Stand
up, walk, run, fly, laugh, cry, learn how to dance like the wind, or
flow freely beyond yourself,
like a child who is happy to find another child. Free yourself and deliberate
no longer.
See others as images of yourself.
They are not there to judge you, but to reflect you. If you love them,
they will love you.
If you amuse them, they will amuse you. If you teach them, they will
teach you.
If you make them happy, they will make you happy. And so the voyage
begins.
Go forth with a song in your heart !
When
one reflects and works on the truth,
each of the body's cells unites in an impulse of love towards the final
goal.
THE HEAVENLY DIMENSION
We
can build our heavenly dimension with an affirmation:
"Today I choose to rise up, and I also choose to help those people evolve
with whom
I share a harmonious exchange."
But in order to carry out this elevation, our exchange must happen on
a heightened vibratory level
where contact with transcendence is possible, so that the light generated
by this encounter allows
each person to build their superior being.

SONG OF HARMONY
When
the body is purified thanks to a balanced diet, when it lives in a healthy
and spacious environment,
it becomes like a crystal temple where the sun's rays illuminate
the beauty of its multicolored windows.
Then, in the being's interior, may resound this vibrant song of harmony,
lifting the whole creature towards the worship of its creator.
It is important to create living conditions that help our body recover
its transparency and its light.
Love is the ever- present desire for the best.
THE FACES OF LOVE
At
the level of superior consciousness, to love is to unite.
At the level of the mind, love is understanding and envisaging the best
for oneself and for the other.
At the level of the heart, love is the intensification of life, the soul's
motivating power.
At the level of vitality and sexuality,
love is the desire to help another evolve by means of consciously induced
pleasure.
At the level of the body, love blossoms through dance and grace.
At the level of power, love resides in nobility, mastery and achievement.
To
be inspired by a sense of inner order;
to be the bearer of the inner being.
TO BE
What
counts in life is not to appear but to be,
to preserve within oneself that which is precious and essential.
If we live in an inharmonious environment not in accordance with the precious
cache of our interiority,
if we are left without a reference by which to consolidate our inner strength
and define the essential value
of our identity, we are without joy,
having been deprived of something fundamental: real happiness.
In truth, happiness is a result of our inner being in its minimum environment,
only that which is necessary in order to be.
