A Few Good Salons

La belle Indigène

As for quality, this is an A++ beauty salon. The primary hair care professional and president of this salon has been providing hair solutions for her predominately caribean clients for over twenty years.

There are several factors that I like about this salon. For one thing, I have not found any beauty salon where the owner cares so much for the health of the client's hair. She will not let anyone but herself apply chemicals to your hair. And the results of her sensitivity to the health of the hair are phenomimal. Most of her clients seek her services so their hair can grow. And, from the results that I've seen, everyone who goes to her with their very damaged hair (be it alopecia, bald spots, chute as the Haitians call damaged hair, breakage or you name the hair problem) and continue her recomended treatments end up with shoulder length hair within a matter of six months.

Ths salon is so excellent that I feel that it is important that I include it in this list even though it focuses on chemically treated hair rather than natural hair. It is the first place that I would recommend for anyone who wants try chemicals in their hair or anyone who is changing from one chemical to another, like from a cold wave to a relaxer.

Good Luck. She will take care of your hair!
