I'm 24 years old and live in the midlands U.K. , I first tried tights about two two years ago. In the winter Iwas feeling the cold on my legs, I told my girlfriend this, she suggested I tried wearing tights. I was not very keen on the idea but wore them anyway, at first they felt very odd but warm. Buy the end of the day I found myself begining to enjoy wearing them, they felt great, like a second skin I told my girlfriend this she was not keen on the idea gradually accepted the idea.
During this time I had many different feelings about wearing tights, I began to think whats wrong with me? why am I doing this? am I a transexual? But my girlfriend assured me I was alright and said "if women can wear them why can't men?" This is now my motto too.
I now wear tights all the time for work I usually wear 50-70 den. and sometimes support for warmth as I work in quite a large factory. I work as a electrician for a japanese hoseiry (socks) machine manufacturer, and coincidentaly this year (99) I'll be helping to build tights and stocking machines.
When I'm not working I tend to wear natural 10 den. tights most of the time I go for ones that feel nice such as aristoc ultra which are are my ultimate favourites.
I've tried loads of different tights and hold ups such as fishnets, printed, thick, thin, dark and light. One thing I hate is tights without lycra, should fit like a second skin and not wrikly, baggy and lose yuk! I've recently started dossing around in skirts, a black silkt 18in skirt with a pair aristoc ultra is great.
If trying tights for the first time I suggest going for some natural ones this way it will be a bit less daunting.
