We work as a gateway between the Internet and people without e-mail access. Instead of
using paper-mail, you send your letters to us via e-mail. Then we can deliver the letter via
one of the many ways (see below). Next day delivery in Dnepropetrovsk is normal.
Your correspondent can reply through us by sending a letter via regular mail to our P.O. Box
in Dnepropetrovsk. Then we type/scan the letter and e-mail to you.
Delivery technique
Telegramms
This is still the fastest and most reliable delivery technique in Ukraine.
Though telegrams are expensive, they are delivered the same day
anywhere, even to small villiges. Telegrams must be text-only
and do not exceed 300 words.
Fast mail
Special in-hand delivery service provided by Ukrainian postal system.
Letters are transmited
between cities via e-mail so delivery time is reduced.
Fast-mail letters are delivered next day in Dnepropetrovsk,
2-4 days in other cities Ukraine. Photographs are not accepted
for fast-mail delivery.
Regular mail
Good old snail mail, pretty slow and not that reliable, but
cheap and works everywhere and any materials, including pictures
or nicely formated word-processor documents
can be sent this way.
Note, that wherever possible we try to relay letters through
our agents in regions. This method cost $1 more but reduces delivery
time. We can also mail letters from Moscow, which is faster and
more reliable.
Registered mail
The same as regular mail, but with in-hand delivery and
delivery confirmation. We do not recommend this option unless
delivery confirmation is a necessety for you.
Courier
If you wish, we can hand-deliver your message next day.

If your recipient has a phone we can read the message via phone.
This is only possible when you order translation into Russian.
