Exercise gives your entire body a workout and gets the blood pumping to your muscles, joints -- and your face! Be sure to incorporate a good skincare routine when you're working out -- it's crucial! Here are some helpful hints: |
Put a sunscreen on if you're exercising outdoors, and be sure to reapply as often as necessary. When choosing a sunscreen, look to one that has a high SPF (sun protection factor) to keep harmful rays at bay. |
Keep your hair away from your face. Exercise can stimulate the oil glands in your hair and caous dirt and grime to accumulate on your skin. Perspiration plus oil is a perfect combination for breakouts. |
If you've had a strenuous workout, shower and was your hair before you continue your day. If you don't have time, be sure at least to wash your face thoroughly. |
Use a lip balm with sunscreen to help protect the delicate skin on your lips. The balm will help keep your lips smooth when they're up against the elements! |
