Taco Salad

1 Pound of ground beef
1 Envelope of taco seasoning mix
3/4 Cup of Water
1 or 2 large tomatoes (cut in small pieces)
1 Onion (cut in small pieces)
chopped green pepper (depends on how well you like it)
Shredded lettuce
4 Ounces of Mozzarella Cheese
Taco Chips (not shells)
 
In skillet brown beef. Sprinkle taco seasoning mix over meat and stir in water. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and cover until cheese melts.
 
Spread taco chips in individual bowls, cover with meat and cheese mixture and then add lettuce, tomatoe, onions, green pepper.
 
You can also add sour cream and salsa sauce if you like.
