Taco Salad |
1 Pound of ground beef |
1 Envelope of taco seasoning mix |
3/4 Cup of Water |
1 or 2 large tomatoes (cut in small pieces) |
1 Onion (cut in small pieces) |
chopped green pepper (depends on how well you like it) |
Shredded lettuce |
4 Ounces of Mozzarella Cheese |
Taco Chips (not shells) |
In skillet brown beef. Sprinkle taco seasoning mix over meat and stir in water. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top and cover until cheese melts. |
Spread taco chips in individual bowls, cover with meat and cheese mixture and then add lettuce, tomatoe, onions, green pepper. |
You can also add sour cream and salsa sauce if you like. |
