Lasagna Suggestions

From Kyla Turja

Instead of cottage cheese, try ricotta cheese.
It gives the Lasagna a much better flavor.
I combine:
Italian Sausage
Ricotta Cheese
Mozerella Cheese
Parmesean Cheese
and One Egg

Together in a large bowl, of course the sausage is cooked. Then I layer in a pan. A good way to make sure your Lasagna is finished more quickly, is to bake it in a disposable aluminum pan, what-ever size is suitible for youer family. The sausage is very mild if you get sweet from the deli. Yet, hamburger is good to, but the ricotta cheese make a HUGE difference!!
Just a Suggestion, hope you like it.
