Broccoli Salad


3 bunches broccoli
5-6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 med. red onion
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
Dressing:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup mayonaise
2 TBSP vinegar

Cut broccoli into bite size pieces. Combine next 3 ingredients.
Dressing: Mix ingredients together; stir into broccoli mixture. Let stand for 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

Raspberry Jell-o Salad


1 6oz pkg raspberry Jell-o
2 cups boiling water
1 10oz pkg frozen raspberries and syrup, partially thawed
1 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened and whipped
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained

Mix together Jell-o and boiling water well. Add raspberries and syrup and blend well. Pour half of raspberry mixture into 9x9 inch pan and let stand completely in refrigerator. Mix together cream cheese and pineapple. Spread cream cheese mixture over set Jell-o and chill 10-15 minutes. Cover with leftover unset Jell-o mixture and chill until set.

Cauliflower and Broccoli Salad


1 small head of cauliflower, cut up
1 small bunch of broccoli, cut up
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 hard boiled eggs, cooled and cut up
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup mayonaise
1/4 cup sugar
2 TBSP vinegar

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Blend next 3 ingredients together; pour over salad, stir well; refrigerate overnight.
