2 eggs 1 t. vanilla
2 C sugar 1 t. baking powder
1 C milk 2 C flour
1 C butter Extra flour for rolling
Directions: Soften butter. Add sugar to butter. Then add eggs,
vanilla, baking powder, and milk. Add flour last. Stir in enough
flour to make dough stiff enough to handle. Pour out dough onto
floured surface. Roll out to about 1/4" thickness. Cut out shapes
with cookie cutters or the top of a glass. Place cookies on an
ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 375*.
Allow the cookies to cool. Serve or ice with frosting before
serving. Enjoy!
