my camera lives!!!!! ha ha ha!!!!! yeah, i was going to buy a new camera cause i drowned my teeny weeny nikon af600 in a freak rainstorm in athens, but after much searching, right before i was going to buy another nikon, i decided to stick a roll of film just to make sure. good sign #1: it didn't spit the film back out and #2: the pics turned out pretty good. yes! my camera is awesomely resilient! guess i shouldn't complain about the manual zoom or horrible flash any more. :)

here's a pic of joanna, that roommate i kept referring to, and i at sounion (the temple of poseidon is on a cliff that overlooks the mediterranean. like i've said, the ancient greeks really understood the importance of location, location, location. :) )

roommates: joanna and me

hmm, the pic quality seems low. probably scanned it in wrong. anyway, we're kinda squinty, but the sun's so strong over there, i guess we're squinty in most of the pics. ah well.
