Cats Well, now "Missy" is a little over a year old. She disappeared once for about 3 days. Just ran out of the house. Well, needless to say, when she came back, she showed all of the symptoms of being pregnant. Shure enough, she was. She had 6 kittens. None of them looked like her. All were different. One yellow, one solid black, one calico (with a half of a tail), one grey and black stripped (with an extra toe on each of the front paws. They call this a pollydactyl), 2 black and white (one with hardly no tail at all, and the other with about a half of a tail and also an extra toe on each front paw.) Sorry to say that the little yellow one died 3 days after birth, but glad to report that the rest are doing fine. My sister Carol took the little black and white one with the extra toes, and we kept the rest. Just couldn't part with them. They are all so cute!! However, I did get "Missy" fixed last month since we went from 1 cat to 5 cats. They will also get fixed as soon as possible. My mom has "Missy's" sister. She still acts like a kitten. My mom thinks that she's got the cat from hell. Her sister "Sheba" stalks EVERYTHING that comes within her path and attacks with the force of a Bangel Tiger. As far as them showing signs of being possible Picasso's because they are the types of cats that cover up Everything..... I think that fizzled out. They don't like to get wet paint on their paws. Might try some dry powder paint soon. To learn more about "WHY CATS PAINT" look for articles scattered across the web. I've searched the web for some real good links on cat care and found a few that I would like to share with you.
