The picture at the left is of my grandparents, Claude and Dottie Glee (Babb) Carmichael. This page is dedicated to them. They were kind, loving people who were dedicated to their family -- five boys and five girls, 10 sons and daughters in law, 33 grandchildren, 64 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
This is a picture of my great great grandmother, Sally Duckett Carmichael. She married John H. Carmichael in 1844. This picture was taken around 1900 in Converse, Indiana. Sally and John were the parents of George Riley Carmichael and grandparents of Claude Carmichael.
This is my great grandparents, Riley and Louise (Dawson) Carmichael (couple on right). In the picture with them are two of their children, Vernon Carmichael and Sallie (Carmichael) Babb, and one of their grandchildren. I don't know who the young girl (with the hat) next to Vernon is.
