The meeting was opened with prayer by Sis. Carol James, Grand Chaplain.
A delicious potluck meal was enjoyed by all.
Call to order by President, Nancy Rutherford.
Welcomed everyone and recognized Sis. Carol James, Grand Chaplin.
Minutes read and approved.
Treasurer reported $201.06 on hand as of 10/1/2003.
General discussion on Tee Shirts and Pins.

Announcements:
Faith Chapter (if petitioner is elected) will have an Initiation on December 6th with the Grand Chapter Officers officiating. Dinner at 12:00 Noon and Iniation at 1:00PM.

Sis. PA asked if We (Smiley Faces) would be in charge of the Snack Bar at 2004 Grand Chapter? Discussion followed and no one knew. PA will check into it and let us know at the next meeting so that the new President will know.
President, Sis. Nancy gave her farewell speech, thanking everyone for supporting her and the Club in it’s first year.
