A delicious pot luck was enjoyed by 13 members.

Minutes of 4/29/04 were read and approved.
Treasurers report balance on hand $1,093.98 as of 7/28/04.
Sis Glenda reported that she has a check from Sister Mittie Small, PGM, for $90.00 for OES books sold.

Discussion on food for Concession Stand.
Someone should get Gift Cards from Wall*Mart.
Bro. Vic Brown will check into getting bottled water donated.
Suggestion for breakfast – Sunny Delight, Biscuits & Sausage.
It was suggested that we print up a Consession Stand menu to put in the Grand Chapter bags so everyone will know what we will be selling. It was also suggested that we print the menu for people to fill out and give to CS for their lunch orders.
Motion , 2nd and carried to give Treasurer authority to spend money for Concession Stand needs.
Motion 2nd and carried to have members of each club make cookies and brownies to sell.
Sis Glenda’s Honor Night is Sat. 8/28/04 at 4:30PM
Plans are to decorate the hall on Thursday 8/26/04
