My Grandma


I remember my grandma,
I loved her so much,
Each and everyday,
She brought me that special touch,


She was so gentle and so kind,
She's never left my mind,
A beautiful woman at heart,
You know we'll never part,


We used to go shopping,
And ride on the bus,
We sure had that special bond,
That true little trust,


I remember me and her stuffing,
That turkey real good,
At the kitchen table,
That's where we stood,


I can see her in heaven,
Healthy as can be,
Walking hand in hand with "God",
Watching below on me.
