My Husband My Friend
When two are joined into one,
With faith and love to his only son,
Man and wife is what we are,
Our lights shine bright as a star,
Through gods love our life has started,
With cupids arrows our hearts have darted,
With loving arms we show our love,
Which has been sent from god above,
Everyday our love grows more,
Like two angels we do soar,
As god has joined our hearts together,
Our spirits soar like a feather,
With gods help we will go,
Hand in hand seeds we'll sow,
For gods angels will be there,
As our guides we will share,
As husband and wife we will stay,
Faithful and true till our dying day.
