"Sandra's Zuchinni Bread"
2 - eggs
1/2 - cup oil
1 - cup sugar
1 - cup shredded zuchinni
1/2 - cup crushed drained pineapple
1 - teaspoon vanilla
2 - cups flower
1 - teaspoon baking soda
1/2 - teaspoon baking powder
1/2 - teaspoon salt
3/4 - teaspoon cinammin
1/4 - teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 - cup walnuts
"Mix thoroughly together"
Pour in a well greased loaf pan
Bake at 350% oven for 1 hour. Let cool
