BIBLIOGRAPHY

When I converted this thesis from word processing to HTML files, the footnotes disappeared in the process. For some references, readers can tell because the source is given in the text, or at least put in quotation marks if not indicated directly. For about half of the footnotes, though (the ones that I paraphrased), there are no pointers to which of the sources given below the information came from. I'm troubled by this, but I don't feel bad enough to go back in and recreate HTML footers. Readers who are that curious can contact me.
