My name is Sandra Moore. I am 39 years old and have had Borzoi since 1986. Below is a 1996 picture of me with two of my favorites, "Connor" as a 7 month old; and my wonderful "Barney," taken only 3 months before his untimely death. I lost Connor to GDV at 5 years and 9 months of age. Scarcely a day passes that I don't miss them. I'm a teacher by profession with a BSc in psychology and several hours towards my masters in Educational Psychology, specializing in agency counseling.

This is my husband Glen Shirley, holding dogs. He doesn't get to come to a lot of shows, but really enjoys them when he does. The gorgeous white bitch is Borzowens Irhumba at Avalon, 9 points co-owned with her breeder Prewitt Owen.

Here is a picture of my handsome son who graduated from high school in 1998 and is currently attending college.

Both co-owned by Barbara Horwitz, formerly of Clairidge GH's.

Southwestern Avalon Pandora, one year old

She won 3 five point majors in a row and is now a Champion.

Southwestern Avalon Wildfire "Travis"

Travis is Pandora's litter brother and like her, he is co-owned with Gerald Buck, Barbara Horwitz, and one of the litter's breeders. A bit slower to mature than Pandora we hope to have him in the ring in 1999.

Highlander's Brianna, 8 months old

Unfortunately, Brianna has also passed away due to an intestinal problem. She was a very sweet dog, and is also missed greatly.
