Cut Squares from two strips of friendly plastic. I usually lay one strip perpendicular over the other and use it as a guide to and cut the bottom one:

I end up with 4 of these plus a rectangle from each strip:

Cut the squares diagonally and Cut one of triangles in half again:

Cut a small (about an 1/8 of an inch) strip of the black (Body) and cut that strip about 1/3 of the way down, spread the two pieces (Antenna):
