Benoni's Mother, M-Josephe Senez was the daughter of Jean-Baptiste Senez (Senet) and Marie-Josephe Chaput.
SENEZ LALIBERTE DAUNET
The Senez were of Spanish origin. The first one who came to Canada was Nicolas Senez dit Laliberte a royal notary, son of Pierre Senez and Suzanne Vanier of Notre-Dame de Vitry, diocese of Chalons, Champagne, in France.

BENONI LEMIRE-MARSOLET (1778) married MARIE-DES-ANGES GAUTHIER-LANDREVILLE on November 24 1795. Benoni & Marie-des-Anges had a daughter named Josephte Lemire-Marsolet, who married Joseph Poulin, widower of Louise Martel. Joseph Poulin was the Grand-Father of a priest, Pierre Poulin.
Another daughter of Benoni, Theotista Lemire-Marsolet, married Isaac Martel, from St-Roch-l'Achigan, Quebec and one of their sons, Louis-Joseph, was cure of St-Paul de Joliette.
GAUTHIER-LANDREVILLE The first Gauthier-Landreville was named Mathurin. He married Nicole Philippeau of Varennes, Quebec
VAILLANT, FAUCHER, JUILLET, JANOT-ARCHAMBAULT The Vaillant came from Poitiers, France. Pierre Vaillant, living in Batiscan, married Jeanne Faucher in 1688. They had a son, Pierre-Rene Vaillant, Capitaine de Milice, who married Marie-Anne Gautier in 1717. One of their daughters, Marie-Anne Vaillant married Blaise Juillet. Another daughter, Marie-Louise Vaillant married Jean-Baptiste Janot-Archambault.
